Eating a variety of foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products.
Other myths is sitting in the sun or under a sunlamp will protect acne. Some peple says acne is an infection. It is is a skin disorder dur to combination of factors, including hormones and genetics.
Young skin looks great without makeup. But if you prefer cosmetics, be sure to choose products that are labeled "noncomedogenic" or "nonacnegenic. Consuming too much medicine to zap zits can lead to dry, irritated skin. Other myths is don't wear makeup if you want clear skin.
